Fresh coffee, headed your way!

Our coffee is roasted to order so it arrives as fresh as possible. Most orders are roasted, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please allow additional time during holidays, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Within the United States

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. coffee orders. Orders are shipped using available carriers based on the destination.

At this time, Here Kitty Kitty Coffee ships coffee only to addresses within the United States.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you discover an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us at bean.the.purrista@gmail.com with your order number and details of the problem. We’ll work with you to make it right.
